Very bright newly built penthouse with modern and functional décor, located in the center of Torre del Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and behind Paseo de Larios. HD television with international satellite channels and free Wi-Fi connection. Large sunny terrace.
All services are less than a 2-minute walk away on a quiet street with traffic limited to property owners. It has a spacious terrace with a pergola where you can relax, read, or simply sunbathe.
The building consists of only 3 apartments, very quiet. We will be at your disposal if you need anything.
You will find the Tourist Office just around the corner, where you will be very well attended to. I also recommend walking along Paseo de Larios, right in front, and of course strolling along one of the largest seaside promenades in Europe.
You cannot miss the first lighthouse of Torre del Mar, built in 1864, located 700 meters from the accommodation.
If you want to burn calories, you can enjoy running or walking along the coastal path in front of the promenade or cycling on the bike lane.
A quiet street with traffic limited to residents only, friendly and welcoming neighborhood just steps away from the most popular restaurants and cafés in Torre del Mar.
Street parking is possible on the parallel street, a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The main bus station is a 5-minute walk away, and local bus stops are 2 minutes away on foot.

Well presented, clean, tidy and comfortable apartment on the top floor (atico). Very close to the beach and all amenities in central Torre del Mar.
Perfect everything
Perfect little stay for two... bright airy and well equipped apartment for a trip to see the beach, enjoy restaurants and some great shopping too. Communication with Marcos was excellent, he is super kind and friendly!

Alles war gut und das Apartment ist schön. Es war sehr sauber, gerne kommen wir wieder.Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es kein kostenloses wifi gab (stand auch so in der Anzeige).
Super
Da wir schon früh am Morgen ankamen fragte ich im Vorfeld ob es möglich sei früher in die Wohnung zu gehen. Dies war problemlos möglich! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, war sauber und gepflegt. Alles tip top!
Buena estancia
Marcos fue muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento está genial y muy bien ubicado. 100% Recomendable.
Apartamento para repetir
Un apartamento que no olía a sudor el sofá (el primero de todos los que estado) Tiene mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. Colchón cómodo. Propietarios amables y simpáticos.

Perfecta estancia
Me gustó que estuviera equipado con todo, plancha, secador del pelo,todo tipo de utensilios de cocina…, parece como si estuvieras en tu casa. Es el piso perfecto para unas vacaciones, muy limpio, con buena iluminación, cerca de la playa y de todo tipo de tiendas
