Eine schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Haus steht ca. 80 m über dem Meeresniveau. Direkt neben dem Haus beginnt ein steiler Wanderweg ins Hinterland mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. In der Nachbarschaft werden derzeit zwei ähnliche Apartmenthäuser gebaut. Die Bauarbeiten und damit auch Baulärm beginnt um 8 Uhr und endet um ca. 18 Uhr (Freitag 13 Uhr). Am Wochenende wird meistens nicht gearbeitet. Da wir wegen der kalten Jahreszeit und vieler Ausflüge den Balkon kaum genutzt haben, war das absolut kein Problem. Zudem sind die Fenster weitestgehend schalldicht.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento, todo estaba como en las fotos del anuncio.Berc  es una persona encantadora, si le necesitas para cualquier cosa, te contesta al momento y ves que se preocupa para que todo esté bienEl apartamento está muy bien, la cama es cómoda, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario y está en perfecto estado. La plaza de parking al lado del ascensor, la piscina y las zonas comunes son una pasada. Si quieres ir a la playa andando hay una subida/bajada importante.

Zuverlässige und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer modernen und sehr gepflegten Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Sie ist hell, freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet sehr viel Platz und einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pool und das Meer.

Las vistas y los servicios que ofrece el apartamento cumplía con mis expectativas ,cercano a la playa ,piscina y facilidad para subir el equipaje en ascensor desde el parking al piso,muy nuevo todos los electrodomésticos,cama cómoda,vestidor y baño contiguo al dormitorio.

An extremely clean modern fitted apartment. Super fast internet access. Breath taking views of the ocean from the balcony and from the kitchen. Mountain View from the bathroom. Situated next door to Nerja and Frigiliana. Walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants but safely distanced from crowds. The apartment complex has carefully thought out architecture. Each unit enjoys privacy with modern features and shade. Very friendly communication with the host of this property with detailed information, led to a hassle free arrival.
